At Country Inn & Suites, Moody, Texas, we understand that travel plans can change. Our goal is to provide guests with flexibility while maintaining fairness and efficiency in our reservation process. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below:

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

  • 100% Refund:
    Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
  • 50% Refund:
    Cancellations made between 3 to 5 days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • No Refund:
    Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used during booking.

3. Early Check-Outs

  • Guests who check out earlier than their scheduled departure date are not eligible for a refund for unused nights.

4. Non-Refundable Rates

  • Certain promotional or discounted rates may be marked as β€œNon-Refundable.”
    These bookings cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.

5. Third-Party Bookings

  • If your reservation was made through an online travel agency (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor), please refer to the cancellation and refund policies stated on that platform.

6. Force Majeure

In cases of unavoidable events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies, the hotel reserves the right to offer a credit voucher or reschedule the booking at management’s discretion.
